Board of Directors
Chairman
Ramon Rina Yap, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, is a retired Mechanical Engineer with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cebu Institute of Technology . He had a wide range of corporate experience from such companies as Paper Industries Corporation of the Philipines (PICOP), National Steel Corporation (NSC), Semiconductor Devices (Phils.) and National Development Company (NDC). As an officer of NDC, he served as Board Member and Corporate Officer of the following subsidiaries prior to his retirement:
> President - NDC Basilan Plantations, Inc. (NDCBPI)
> President - National Precision Cutting Tools, Inc. (NPCT)
> VP Finance and Treasurer - Manila Gas Corporation (MGC)
> VP Finance and Administration - NDC Plantations, Inc. (NDCPI)
> Officer-In-Charge - First Cavite Industrial Estate (FCIE)
President
Rodelle Yap Dacumos is the Founder and President of Dacumos Group, Inc. He graduated with an Industrial Engineering degree and currently a Lean Six Sigma practitioner. He has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and completed New Enterprise Planning from the University of the Philippines Open University. He studied Fundamentals of Technical Analysis and Stock Market Investments and Trading. He is also a Certified Life Skills and Self Discovery Coach. His previous job assignments included working as an Account Supervisor for a BPO company, as Technical Sales Engineer for a steel manufacturing corporation and as Vice President for a chemical importation firm. Prior to DGI's incorporation he established the following businesses:
> Dacumos Medical and Dental Supply (DACU Med) in 2010
> Dacumos Construction and Trading (DACU Construction) in 2017
> Dacumos Food and Beverage Solutions (DACU Foods) in 2018
> Dacumos Farm Products (DACU Farm) in 2019
Corporate Secretary
Siegfried James Tiu Yap is the company's Corporate Secretary. He is a General, Cancer and Laparoscopic Surgeon and a Diplomate of the Philippines Board of Surgery. He graduated Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of the Philippines - Manila for his pre-medicine degree. He is a products of the University pf the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center - College of Medicine. Currently, he serves as a Consultant for several hospitals including Olivarez General Hospital, UniHealth - Paranaque Hospital and Medical Center, The Premier Medical Center, Ospital ng Muntinlupa and Ospital ng Paranaque.

Corporate Treasurer
Cerino Omandam Ligutom Jr. is the company's Corporate Treasurer. He is a Licensed Civil and Structural Engineer with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He used to work at Trust International Paper Corporation (TIPCO) as Quality Control Manager and as a Consultant for Engineering, Construction and Design. He also worked for True North-Formosa Heavy Industries (TNFHI) as Project Manager and as a Consultant for Sales and Marketing. Currently, he runs his own construction firm catering to both private and government projects.
